  1. Would have given more stars, but...

When I first opened the package I thought I had been sent a child size. With amazement I read that it was short on purpose to "not constrict the toes", or something like that. OK... You have to remove the existing insole to put a special insole into your shoe. Otherwise the heels gets way too high. I tried. Then, if you remove the existing insole and insert this mini insole, there is NOTHING under your toes. How is this supposed to be good, or an improvement over a full-size insole? It's too much trouble to send this back, and I hate having to pay for return shipping, so I am keeping it, but I certainly will NOT purchase another one of these ever again! I was lucky this time, because I still had my old AVIA aerobics insoles, so I cut the toe part to fit the missing part and stuck them together with tape on the back. But this cannot be what you intend for the future. Who came up with this? Someone who wants to save the company money on insole foam?
